INCREDIBLE ADAPTER!...I'm Belgian and I used to envy the British people cause of the cheap electronics available on Amazon. After a while I discovered some cheap UK to EU adapters, unfortunately those adapters were always flimsy and very poorly designed. I never held on to one long enough to use it. It's an annoying truth but I figured it was inevitable. Fortunately, I was wrong. This fantastic adapter is everything you (UK) need for travelling or we (EU) need to use electrical devices purchased from Amazon. Not only does it fit in every power socket in the EU mainland, it's also a very firm product. It's probably not unbreakable but I think the average costumer will die before this adapter does. The cable is about 1.4m which seems to be a more or less standard length. The adapter also has a warning on the back saying the total load must not exceed 13A, the adapter also doesn't alter voltage. Overall I give this product a perfect score, just one more note about 'Traveldapter'. 'Traveldapter' - the seller of this product - is a marvellous third party seller on Amazon. The employees are extremely friendly, also the delivery is top notch and everything goes very fast. This item shipped to Belgium in two days, it was dispatched within ten minutes of confirming my order. Incredible, I highly recommend both the seller and the product to anyone! 25.1.11

DOES WHAT IT SAYS!...Quite an unusual, but nonetheless very useful product. The sort of thing you can only get on the internet :D. I have lots of British edition electrical appliances that I've ordered from Amazon UK and I live in Paris. This is certainly a lot cheaper than replacing all the British plugs with EU ones. SIMPLE BUT WONDERFULLY EFFECTIVE!...This product is simply a UK 4 gang socket on the end of a cable wired to a US three pin plug, but it's simplicity disguises it's excellent utility. We bought it for our 16 day trip to the US, which included our daughter's wedding. We needed it for charging/using a net book, camera and camcorder batteries, hair dryer and media player and one UK?USA single socket adaptor just would not do. In the event it more than lived up to our quite heavy demands and ensured all our electrical gadgets were working all the time. It is quite light and slim for a good reason, it easily packs into a suitcase. I showed it to my (now) son-in-law before we went and he bought one too. One point to bear in mind is that this is not a voltage converter so make sure that your electrical gear will operate on the US 110 voltage systems. If you have several electrical items to use/charge on your travels to the US then this really is almost essential. 3.11.10

GREAT IDEA!...I bought this for my daughter who is a student and has gone to study in Italy. Her accommodation had limited plugs so this is ideal and saves having lots of individual plugs. She did encounter one problem and that is most Italian adaptors have double holes of two different sizes which do not fit the position of the plug prongs and she needed to keep this adaptor to plug in the Italian items. This was resolved by buying another EU to EU plug which (they are round 2 pin to 2 pin) allowed the UK adaptor to fit perfectly. She can now plug in all her appliances with ease. USA TRAVEL ADAPTER…Ordered this for my daughter who was going to Canada for a year. It has been a God send to her. With so many electrical gadgets needed at Uni and not many wall sockets to plug into, this has been a great buy. It arrived very quickly and well packaged. REALLY USEFUL PIECE OF KIT… We used this in France and it was a really useful bit of kit. The plug was a very good fit into French electrical sockets and it was surprising how many times all 4 of the UK sockets were used at once. Just add up how many "essential" electrical devices you need to take with you on holiday (particularly chargers - all different of course). On our holiday there were 9 (bedside clock, hairdryer, laptop charger, satnav charger, camera charger, fan, toothbrushes, and razor). We took a simple UK square pin to 2-pin adaptor to use with the bathroom items. Several times we found all 4 sockets in use at once. Recommended buy for travellers to France who don't need to travel light! 26.9.10

PERFECT PRODUCT…This product as far as I can tell seems very good. So far it does the simple job it is designed to do, and it looks well made. In my opinion the only drawback is the price. At 4 times as much as a standard extension lead, it seems hard to justify. MAKES HOLS A LITTLE LESS STRESSFUL!...This is basically a standard 4 way UK socket adapter with an American plug moulded onto the lead. The product is however functional and allowed my son and I to simultaneously charge a Nintendo DS, an IPod, a mobile phone and a portable travel speaker, leaving our other single travel adapter for my wife to plug her hair straightners into.
