How do we deliver to you?
How long will it take to get to me?
What happens if you are not happy with your purchase?
Customer satisfaction is a big priority for us.
If you place an order before 10.00 UK time we endeavour to get your travel adaptor posted on the same day. We use Royal Mail and deliveries can be either ‘Guaranteed Next Day before 1pm’, First Class or Second Class according to the Postal Option (insert hyper link to postal rates) you choose. If you have any concerns, we recommend you use our ‘Guaranteed Next Day’ service as this requires a signature upon delivery.
How long will it take to get to me?
Orders received before 1000 hours Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are posted on Monday morning. We aim for your order to get to you within 2-3 working days in the UK, about 5-7 working days to Europe and approx 10-15 days to the rest of the world. However, once the items are posted we are reliant on Royal Mail so PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 2 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY IN THE UK, UPTO 3 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY IN EUROPE AND UP TO 4 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY TO THE REST OF THE WORLD, AS RECOMMENDED BY ROYAL MAIL.
We will notify you of any change of delivery by e-mail or telephone providing that we have your correct details with the order. All order tracking enquires must be sent by email to info@traveldapter.com.
This then works as your proof of non receipt (which we need to send on to Royal Mail) in the unlikely event of your travel accessory not arriving.
What happens if you are not happy with your purchase?
We hope this will not be the case, but, if for any reason you are unhappy with your travel adaptor, please email or phone us in the first instance, giving us the opportunity to help you further. If, in the unlikely event, we are unable to do this, we will then authorise a return for the adapter plugs. Please then return your order in an un-used condition to:

If you have returned your adapter because you have changed your mind or don’t need it we charge a 30% handling fee to cover our administration costs & fees, plus £3 towards initial postage within the UK.
If you are returning your adapter because you believe it to be faulty we request you to return it for our enginers to test it. OPENING IT YOURSELF WILL VOID THE WARRANTY
On testing, if our engineers do find a fault, we will refund your returns postage and send you a replacement or refund.
If our engineers do not find a fault we will return your purchase at our cost.
Please ensure you enclose your order details. Traveldapter™ can accept no responsibility until we receive the items. To be on the safe side you might want to consider getting proof of postage.
Any refund will only be credited to the credit or debit card or by cheque used for the original purchase and will only be made after we have received the goods and they have been inspected and confirmed as satisfactory by us.
Please allow 30 days for the refund to reach your account, though it should normally be much quicker.
